Terms & Conditions

The agreement between you and Anore when you buy or use any of our services.

Last reviewed: [PLACEHOLDER: last reviewed date]

1. Who these terms are with

These terms are an agreement between you, the customer, and Anore Tech, trading as Anore, registered at Bogirhat, Post Office Chotobogi, Taltali, Barguna, Bangladesh under trade licence 52.

By placing an order, creating an account or using any Anore service, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

2. The services

Anore provides web hosting, cloud hosting, domain registration and transfer, managed e-commerce stores, and related add-ons such as bulk SMS and object storage. Specific limits, such as storage, bandwidth and account counts, are shown on the plan you select at the time of purchase.

3. Your account

  • You must give accurate registration details and keep them up to date. Domain registrations in particular require correct registrant information under registry rules.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication from Settings.
  • You must be legally capable of entering into a contract. Accounts opened on behalf of a company must be opened by someone authorised to bind that company.

4. Payment and billing

  • All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include any applicable charges stated at checkout.
  • Anore uses a prepaid wallet. You add funds to the wallet, and orders and renewals are paid from that balance.
  • Funds may be added by online payment through our payment gateway, or by manual bKash and Nagad transfer, which is credited after we verify the transaction.
  • Services are activated only after payment has cleared.
  • Renewals are charged from your wallet before the service expires when automatic renewal is enabled. If the balance is insufficient, the service may be suspended and then terminated.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use an Anore service to host, send or distribute any of the following. We may suspend a service immediately, without refund, where we find a serious or repeated breach.

  • Content that is illegal under the laws of Bangladesh.
  • Unsolicited bulk email, SMS spam, or any messaging that breaches the rules of our upstream SMS providers.
  • Malware, phishing pages, or material designed to compromise other systems.
  • Material that infringes the copyright, trademark or other rights of a third party.
  • Activity that places an unreasonable load on shared infrastructure and degrades service for other customers.

6. Domain names

  • Domain registrations are subject to the rules of the relevant registry and registrar, which sit above these terms.
  • A domain fee is paid to the registry as soon as the registration is submitted, and cannot be reversed. See our Return & Refund Policy.
  • You are responsible for renewing a domain in time. We send reminders, but the registration remains yours to maintain.
  • Transfers require an authorisation code and may be subject to registry lock periods that we do not control.

7. Your data and backups

We take reasonable operational backups of our platform, but these exist for our own disaster recovery and are not a substitute for your own copies. You remain responsible for keeping independent backups of any data you cannot afford to lose.

8. Availability

We work to keep services continuously available, but no hosting provider can guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical. We are not liable for interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control, including upstream network failures, power loss, registry outages and acts of government.

9. Suspension and termination

  • You may cancel a service at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals and is subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
  • We may suspend or terminate a service for non-payment, for a breach of the acceptable use rules above, or where required by law.
  • Where we terminate for cause, data may be deleted after a reasonable period. We will give notice where it is lawful and practical to do so.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Anore's total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost business or lost data.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services change or as the law requires. The current version is always published on this page with its review date. Material changes will be notified by email or through your dashboard.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
