Delivery Policy

How and when Anore services are delivered after your payment clears.

1. Everything we sell is digital

Anore delivers services electronically. There is no physical shipment, no courier and no delivery charge. Delivery means that your service has been provisioned and the details needed to use it have been issued to you.

2. When delivery happens

Provisioning starts automatically as soon as your payment has cleared. Orders paid online through our payment gateway clear immediately. Orders paid by manual bKash or Nagad transfer start only after we have verified the transaction, which happens during business hours.

3. Expected timelines

  • Hosting and cloud accounts: typically live within [PLACEHOLDER: typical activation time in minutes] minutes of payment.
  • Anore E-commerce stores: typically live within [PLACEHOLDER: typical activation time in minutes] minutes, including the admin login and your chosen theme.
  • Domain registrations: typically completed within [PLACEHOLDER: typical domain registration time in hours] hours. Some TLDs need extra verification by the registry and can take longer.
  • Domain transfers: governed by registry rules and usually take five to seven days, which is outside our control.
  • Add-ons such as SMS credit and storage: applied to your account immediately.

4. How you receive it

  • A confirmation email goes to the address on the order.
  • Login details, server details and nameservers appear in your dashboard under the relevant service.
  • You can follow progress at any time from Dashboard, then the service, where the status moves from pending to provisioning to active.

5. If delivery fails or is late

If a service has not been delivered within the timeline above, contact us at support@anore.tech or +880 1410-642287 with your order number. If we cannot deliver the service, you receive a full refund under our Return & Refund Policy.

The most common cause of a delayed domain is incorrect or incomplete registrant information, which the registry rejects. We will contact you if that happens.

6. Goods sold by stores built on Anore

Anore E-commerce is a platform. When you buy a physical product from a shop running on it, the merchant who owns that shop is the seller, sets their own shipping terms and delivery times, and is responsible for getting the goods to you.

Anore is not the seller of record for those goods and does not ship them. Questions about an order placed in such a shop should go to that shop directly, using the contact details on their website.
