1. Who controls your data

Anore Tech, trading as Anore, of Bogirhat, Post Office Chotobogi, Taltali, Barguna, Bangladesh, decides how and why your personal data is processed. You can reach us at info@anore.tech or +880 1410-642287 with any privacy question.

2. What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address, phone number and postal address.
  • Registrant details for domains: the contact information registries require, which for many TLDs is passed to the registry and may appear in public WHOIS records.
  • Billing records: what you ordered, what you paid, wallet transactions, and the reference or transaction ID of a payment. We never see or store your full card number; that stays with the payment gateway.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected to keep the service secure and to diagnose faults.
  • Support content: the tickets, messages and attachments you send us.

3. Why we use it

  • To create, provision and run the services you have ordered.
  • To take payment, issue invoices and prevent fraud.
  • To answer support requests and notify you about your services, including expiry and renewal reminders.
  • To meet legal, tax and registry obligations.
  • To improve the platform, using aggregated data that does not identify you individually.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share only what a provider needs in order to deliver part of the service, and each is bound to protect it.

  • Domain registrars and registries, for domain registration and WHOIS obligations.
  • Payment providers, to take and verify payments.
  • Email and SMS providers, to deliver transactional messages you have asked for.
  • Infrastructure and storage providers that host the platform.
  • Government or law enforcement bodies where we are legally required to disclose.

5. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies. A session cookie keeps you logged in and is essential; the site cannot work without it. We also record basic usage analytics to understand which pages are used. You can block cookies in your browser, but you will not be able to sign in if you block the session cookie.

6. How long we keep it

Account and billing records are kept for as long as you hold an account with us, and afterwards for the period required by Bangladeshi tax and company law. Support tickets are kept so we have the history of your services. Server logs are kept for a short operational period and then rotated out.

7. Security

Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Traffic to anore.tech is encrypted with TLS. Access to production systems is restricted to staff who need it, and sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest. Two-factor authentication is available on every account and we recommend turning it on.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to do any of the following, and we will respond within a reasonable period.

  • Give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct anything that is wrong or out of date. Most details can be changed yourself under Settings.
  • Delete your account and associated data, except records we must keep by law or that are needed to run a domain registration still in your name.
  • Stop sending you marketing messages. Service and billing notices will continue, because they are part of running your account.

9. Children

Anore services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will remove it.

10. Stores built on Anore E-commerce

When you shop at a store built on Anore E-commerce, the merchant running that store is the controller of your data as a shopper, and their own privacy notice applies. Anore processes that data on the merchant's behalf as their platform provider.

11. Changes

We will update this page when our practices change, and the review date at the top will tell you when it last happened. Material changes will be notified by email or in your dashboard.

12. Contact

Privacy questions and requests go to info@anore.tech, or by post to Bogirhat, Post Office Chotobogi, Taltali, Barguna, Bangladesh.
